- Pick sponsor tracks: Each hackathon has 3–5 sponsor tracks. Apply to ALL tracks you qualify for
- Demo video is critical: Record a clear 2–3 min walkthrough. Judges watch this first
- README must be excellent: Technical stack, how to run, what problem it solves
